We conduct a thorough medical history, based on which we create a personalized treatment plan. If necessary, blood tests and additional examinations are requested. You will receive this request via email with accompanying information.
You will receive an email with your personal video meeting details. We use Teams for the meeting. We recommend using a computer with a webcam for the meeting. Prescriptions are placed electronically on your identity card. A consultation within menopause or lifestyle medicine contributes to a more complete approach to your problems. Collaboration with your GP or gynecologist is possible and even desirable, but a referral is not necessary.
You can pay via bank transfer.
An intake consultation lasts approximately 40 minutes. Follow-up consultations approximately 20 minutes. We take the time necessary to answer all your questions and establish a proper treatment plan.
No, consultations are not reimbursed by health insurance.
A referral is not mandatory, but it is advisable to keep your GP and/or gynecologist informed about your treatment. This way we can ensure an integrated care approach that best suits you.

After the intake consultation you will receive a summary of your treatment plan. If necessary, we schedule follow-up appointments and may request additional tests.
Yes, we can issue prescriptions for medication that are accepted throughout Europe.
